In the heart of Palma.

The marina in the historical centre of Palma de Mallorca

Marina Moll Vell is the most central marina in the city of Palma. It borders Paseo Sagrera, a wide boulevard lined with palm trees, home to some of the most emblematic architectural monuments in Palma, such as La Lonja and Consolat de la Mar.

Just a few metres away on the other side is the biggest urban park in the city, namely “Parc de la Mar”, which spans a wide area at the feet of the medieval walls and features a salt water lake. The park is crowned off by the majestic Palma Cathedral and La Almudaina Royal Palace.

Golden Mile

The epicentre of the Golden Mile

Between Paseo Sagrera and Parc de la Mar lies the city’s so-called “Golden Mile”: Avenida Antonio Maura is flanked by the s’Hort des Rei gardens and a shopping district leading onto Plaza de la Reina and Paseo del Born, which link up with Plaza Juan Carlos I, Calle Jaime III and Calle Unión. It is here that the most exclusive brands and stores are, the most prestigious cafés and restaurants, art galleries and culture centres.

A strategic location

In the centre of communications

The main motorway on the island starts at Parc de la Mar and Palacio de Congresos in Palma. This road provides quick connections with the airport, just 10 km away.

To the west, Paseo Marítimo is the city’s nightlife centre, and links up with the Andratx motorway leading to the main towns and villages on the Mallorca coast.
